1. Agreement
By creating a FASAS Mail account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you register. FASAS Mail is operated by FASAS Global Multi-Concept Company.

Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms apply to every FASAS Mail workspace.
2. Accounts and tenancy
Each account owns one organisation, which owns one isolated tenant. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity within your tenant.
3. Acceptable use
You may only send email to recipients who have given you permission. Purchased lists, harvested addresses, misleading sender identities, and unlawful or abusive content are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Trials convert to the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payments are processed by Stripe (USD) and Paystack (NGN).
5. Service availability
We work to keep FASAS Mail available and performant, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or place the platform's sending reputation at risk.
