What we collect
Account data you provide at registration (full name, business name, email, phone number and country), authentication metadata, subscription and billing records, and the contact data you upload into your tenant.

How we use it
To create and secure your account, provision your organisation and tenant, deliver the email marketing service, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support. We never sell personal data.
Tenant isolation
Every record is tagged with a tenant identifier and protected by PostgreSQL Row Level Security, so data belonging to one tenant is unreachable from another — even with a forged identifier.
Security
Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and never stored in plain text. Email verification is required before account activation, failed sign-ins are rate limited, and privileged operations are executed server-side only.
Retention
Account and billing records are retained while your subscription is active and for the period required by law. Contact data is deleted with your tenant when you close your account.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@fasasglobal.com.
