Frequently asked questions

How is a voice broadcast charged?
Two credits per connected call, debited from your prepaid wallet at dial time. The composer shows the full cost before the broadcast starts.
Can I use my own recording?
Yes. Upload an MP3 to the audio library and select it on any broadcast, or let the platform generate speech from your script.
What happens when nobody answers?
The call is requeued with backoff and redialled up to the retry limit you set in voice settings.
Does it share my contacts?
Yes. Voice uses the same contacts, groups, segments, billing and reporting as FASAS Bulk Mail, Bulk SMS and Bulk WhatsApp.
