Prepaid, not postpaid
SMS and WhatsApp sending draws on a prepaid credit wallet. Credits are debited before dispatch, so a send can never put your account into debt.
The ledger
Every top-up, debit and refund is an immutable ledger entry with a running balance. Export it to CSV from the Wallet panel for reconciliation.
Low balance alerts
Set a threshold in notification preferences to be warned by email before a large campaign is blocked for insufficient credits.
